ADSS was established in response to Australia’s rapidly growing demand for qualified aged care, disability, and healthcare workers. Specialising in aged care, disability support, and health administration, ADSS delivers high-quality home care services alongside tailored workforce solutions.

In partnership with GeSS Education, ADSS offers selected Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) students valuable work placement opportunities and pathways to Australian employment within Home Care Services.

ADSS is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation that reinvests every dollar back into improved care, services, and equipment for our clients—earning the trust of the local community. Our mission is to empower older people and NDIS participants to maintain their independence at home for as long as possible, through compassionate, family-centred care across the Gold Coast.

Services are delivered flexibly and tailored to individual needs, supporting clients to build on their strengths and abilities while continuing to live independently in their own homes. All staff are highly trained, appropriately qualified, and hold current Australian Federal Police Checks to ensure safe, professional, and reliable support.

* Personal Care (Grooming, Hygiene)

Our caring staff respect your independence & dignity though Personal Care services such as showering, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene and dressing.

* Social Support (Staying connected with your community)

We support you in staying connected with your community and family such as social outings, shopping assistance and attending functions.

* Domestic Services (Meal Preparation & Cleaning)

Choose a combination of services to suit your needs such as meal preparation, laundry, changing bed linen, cleaning and washing dishes.

* Home Maintenance (Garden, Lawn, Household)

We assist you in maintaining your home and garden in top condition such as lawn mowing, pruning, gutter cleaning, changing light bulbs and more!

* Transportation (Supporting Independence)

Independence to get to places and lead life your way such as transport to medical appointments, shopping, social activities, etc.

* Flexible Respite (Overnight Stays)

Helping your family member or primary caregivers take a well-deserved break through overnight/day stays, short stay recovery, extra help and support.

* Nursing (Clinical & Medical Services)

Nursing care you can reply on, provided in the comfort of your own home such as medication management, wound care, continence support, dementia care, clinical and medical services.

* Allied Health (Enhancing your Strength & Stability)

We assist you in staying active to enhance your strength and stability through Allied Health Professionals such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, Podiatry and more.
