Secure your future employment opportunities!! The Health Care and Social Assistance industry is the largest employing industry in Australia. In 2019 there were close to 1.7 million people employed in this industry, which is projected to increase to more than 1.9 million by 2024.
Allied Health Assistants assist professional staff by visiting clients, preparing written and verbal reports, and may include following treatment plans for therapeutic interventions and/or conducting programs under the regular direct, indirect or remote supervision of an allied health professional.

Entry Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and access to a desktop or laptop with sufficient internet speed to undertake online studies.
• 80 hours of vocational placement is mandatory for this course. We will organise placement for you. Please be aware that a Police check may be required before placement depending on the employer and facility.
• Students are interviewed during information sessions to ensure suitability for this career choice.
