Tonia  is a professional trainer, facilitator, consultant, and educator with 20+ years of experience in Development and Training that is solidly grounded in creating a positive learning environment by building a high degree of rapport with students, thus facilitating lasting change. Tonia is not only an engaging Trainer & Assessor but also brings to GeSS Education vast experience in RTO compliance and Quality Assurance. Tonia thrives on student engagement and is passionate about education. Tonia holds the following qualifications:

  • Master of Management and Human Resource
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations)
  • Diploma of Business Studies (Management & Sports Coaching)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Teaching
  • Diploma of Project Management
  • Diploma of WHS and Certificate IV in WHS
  • Dual Diploma TAE50116 and TAE50216 along with Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Currently studying Diploma of Quality Auditing

Tonia has also had extensive experience in the Health Sector, in particular aged care, disability and allied health. She is an accomplished Coach and this explains her engaging style of training with our current students. We are very pleased to have Tonia join the GeSS team.
