Melissa has a background in event management (weddings, sports and corporate events) and has worked in a variety of hotel and hospitality establishments in both operational and sales roles. She has always had a passion for learning so after numerous years of working within the industry, it seemed like a logical step to transition into sharing her expertise in a teaching capacity. With qualifications in hospitality, events, travel tourism, retail and business, Melissa loves sharing her knowledge with her students and seeing them achieve their potential, stretching them to accomplish more than what they believed they could.
