Aged & Disability Care Training – Open to Students Across the Philippines

 
In partnership with R&R AU Educational Consultancy Services, GeSS Education proudly delivers an Australian-standard aged and disability care training program tailored for students across the Philippines. Designed to address Australia’s growing demand for skilled care workers, this program is especially suited for individuals with a nursing background or prior experience in the health sector OR for those who have a passion to work with the elderly.
Students complete their learning through weekly virtual classes, delivered by Australian-qualified trainers and assessors, ensuring the course meets the standards of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
Once theoretical training is complete, students travel to our GeSS Education campus in Laoag City to participate in intensive practical sessions. Following this, we organise their 120-hour work placement within the Philippines, allowing them to gain the real-world experience required for success in aged and disability care.
Our trusted placement partner, Workwise Wisdom, supports the employment pathway process—helping students prepare for potential opportunities to work in Australia upon meeting eligibility requirements.
From enrolment to training, practicals, and placement—students are supported at every step of their journey.
