Viviana has over twenty years’ experience as a trainer, teacher, writer and researcher. She has worked for the University sector, the TAFE sector and several private RTO’s. She has also over twenty years’ experience in the Community Service industry having worked in the disability, homelessness, youth advocacy and community legal sectors. Her strengths include the ability to translate complex technical criteria and convoluted conceptual analysis into simple, easy to understand terms. Viviana has written the majority of GeSS Education’s community services courses and has been a writer for GeSS Education since its inception.

Viviana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development with a First-Class Honours in Social Research; a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Latrobe University. Viviana is also currently completing a Dual Diploma in Vocational Education (TAE50116) and Training Design and Development (TAE50216).

Viviana will in future be working closely with GeSS Education in providing expert industry advice for the community services and health sector; support towards GeSS LMS development; and Trainer for our online students.
