Her 20+ year career extends across business strategies, organizational and institutional development, operations, sustainability, P&L management, learning strategy, and institutional operations.

From 2013 till 2024, Dharna was the Vice President and Head Admissions and School Development at Mother’s Pride, India. Here she was responsible for the overall growth of 12 branches. Her innovative strategies developed in collaboration with institutional bodies have ushered corporations into the school digital age, accelerated processes, brought in profits, strengthened regulatory compliance, and much more.

Dharna loves to travel, meet new people and is outspoken in her own way. She can walk that extra mile to make sure her company deserves the best.
