Mitchell Kochonda

Mitchell has over 25 years’ experience physically preparing athletes at all levels of sport in a wide variety of sports including – Rugby League, Rugby Union, Surf Ironman, Kayaking, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Kitesurfing, Triathlon, Speed skating, Cricket, Powerlifting, Touch Football, Surfing, Swimming, Golf, IRB athletes, Track and field. He also has worked coaching the Burleigh Bears RLFC and Gold Coast Dolphins Cricket Club bringing a wealth of experience to educating the next generation of sport and fitness professionals.

- Bachelor of Exercise Science
- Diploma of Recreation (Fitness)
- ASCA – Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
