We are excited to announce a new partnership between GeSS Education and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), an organisation with a rich history dating back to 1895. Formed by a group of pioneering engineering firms with the aim of promoting Indian manufacturers’ interests, CII has evolved over the years to become a leading advocate for India’s economic growth and development. Through this partnership, GeSS Education and CII are collaborating to enhance India’s role as a global provider of workers in aged & disability care and hospitality sectors. Together, we are committed to providing individuals in India with access to quality education and training aligned with international standards. In 2020, Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi gave the plenary speech at CII’s 125th Annual Session. He focused on building an Amenabar Bharat (self-reliant India) and bringing India back on the path of rapid development.

Our joint initiative introduces our Offshore In-Country Training program, which offers individuals the opportunity to acquire the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in these sectors. With a blend of online and physical training delivered by Australian trainers, the program is designed to meet Australian Quality Framework (AQF) standards. This partnership not only reflects our shared commitment to supporting India’s workforce development but also creates pathways for further education in Australia and sponsorship opportunities within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Together with CII, we look forward to empowering individuals in India as they embark on their journey towards a brighter future in these vital sectors.
